At the end of my adolescence, I started my studies in Oracles, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Chromotherapy, Flowers and Massage Therapy - I did some informal consultations, but I had never taken the techniques to the professional side. At the time, I was working in a specialized library, and I felt professionally fulfilled - books have always been my great passion.

After a few years, I moved to a city in the interior of São Paulo, where the vast majority of people had never heard of Reiki, Chromotherapy, much less believed in the healing potential of Holistic Therapies. With that, I went to work in offices, and graduated in Logistics, but always with that feeling of not belonging, of being in the wrong place, of not being myself.

With the birth of my second child, I chose to quit my job to dedicate more time to my family.  

During this period, I resumed my studies. I took several specialization courses, both in Complementary Therapies and in Personal Development, and I realized what my real mission was. I relived everything I had done years ago, in an informal way, and how happy and fulfilled I felt helping other people.

With each course, with each specialization I took, I worked on my wounds, my sorrows, my fears, the reconnection with myself - with my BEING. And with each victory, I thought how rewarding it would be to teach other people to do the same for themselves.  

In the courses I attended, and in my daily life, I realized how disconnected people are with themselves, how much they somatize various emotional issues in the body, precisely because of this disconnection - generating emotional and physical diseases.

For countless reasons, we stop perceiving ourselves, listening to our body, paying attention to that little voice of our conscience.

"What moves you? What makes you truly happy?" - There were always phrases that surrounded me and made me look at it in myself. It was then that I started to work with what made me feel complete: helping people to look at themselves, to empower themselves.

​

We live on autopilot day after day, limiting ourselves, trying to fit into others' little boxes, living a life of abuse and self-abuse that makes us forget who we really are. I lived like that, and I see how many people live the same way.

​

Today, when I apply the tools and techniques that I have at hand, I realize every day that facilitating the evolutionary process of those who seek me out, whether to heal their physical or emotional pain or to participate in the courses, that this is my real mission.

My work, the power of touch and words, motivate me to wake up every morning. The feedbacks I receive encourage me to study and specialize more and more.  
 

When I am willing to talk to a body, touch it, feel its energy, its vibration, I realize that caring, treating that being that is in front of me, to be a conductor of transformations in that person's life - be they physical or emotional - is what empowers me.
